Plans / Priced per user, quoted after an assessment

Four plans. One small-office IT department.

Every plan includes a real help desk, monitoring through Ares RMM and a monthly report that shows the work. The difference is how much security and compliance work you need, and whether you already have someone in house.

The plans

Pick the starting point that fits your office

Essentials

For small offices that need dependable support and the basics done right: help desk, patching, endpoint protection and backups with restore tests.

Secure Office

Essentials plus the email, identity and staff-awareness work that stops invoice fraud and account takeover, with a quarterly planning review.

Regulated Office

Secure Office plus documented controls for HIPAA or the FTC Safeguards Rule, evidence for audits and coordination with a specialist compliance firm we work with for formal risk analysis.

Co-Managed

For offices with an in-house IT person or office manager who handles IT. We become the bench behind them: monitoring, patching, security tooling, projects and backup, with responsibilities agreed in writing.

How pricing works

Per user, per month, quoted after a short assessment

Plans are priced per user per month. A user is a person with a mailbox and a computer; shared devices such as front desk PCs and servers are listed in the quote. We do not publish a rate card, because the right tools for a five-person dental office and a forty-person accounting firm are different. Instead we run a short assessment and send a written quote that lists every line.

  1. Request a quote. Tell us your team size, your email platform and what is bothering you.
  2. Short assessment. A call and a read-only look at your devices, accounts and backups.
  3. Written quote. Plan, users, devices, any add-ons and the onboarding project, in plain language.
  4. Onboarding. A documented handover, usually completed within about 30 days for a small office.

Billed separately, and said up front

What is not in the monthly per-user price

  • Hardware: laptops, servers, firewalls, switches and access points.
  • Software licenses such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and line-of-business applications, unless your quote bundles them.
  • Projects such as office moves, migrations and new sites, quoted as a fixed scope before any work starts.
  • On-site visits by a local technician, when your office needs hands on equipment.
  • Formal compliance assessments and specialist security work handled by a specialist compliance firm we work with.

If something is outside your plan, we tell you before doing the work, not on the invoice.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Why no prices on the site?

Because a published number would be wrong for most offices. Per-user plans are simple to understand, but the right tools depend on your industry, devices and rules. You get a written quote after a short assessment.

Is there a minimum number of users?

We work best with offices of about 3 to 50 people. Smaller and larger teams can still ask; we will tell you honestly if we are a fit.

Can we change plans later?

Yes. Many offices start on Essentials or Secure Office and move to Regulated Office when a client, insurer or regulator asks for documentation.

What is the contract term?

The term is set out in your written agreement before you sign. Ask us about it during the quote; we explain it plainly.

What is the difference between Co-Managed and the other plans?

In the other plans, Computer Plus is your IT department. In Co-Managed, your own IT person stays in charge and we supply the tools, monitoring, depth and extra hands.
